Global ambassador

Global ambassador
Stella Ward brings extensive experience in health systems, leadership, and digital innovation to her role as Streamliners Global Ambassador. Her career spans key roles in IT and health sectors, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise NZ, New Zealand’s Department of Internal Affairs, and regional health boards.
Stella led the All of Government Cloud Programme and significant digital transformations as Chief Digital Officer at Canterbury and West Coast District Health Boards and holds several governance roles in not-for-profits. She has a Master of Health Sciences from Otago University, and resides in Christchurch.

Chairman
Graeme is an experienced director and has been involved in various industries across multiple sectors including agriculture, machinery importing and distribution, retail, construction, and health. He is currently chair of a general practice and is group CEO of companies involved in the construction industry.
Graeme has worked with the founders of Streamliners for over 30 years. He was a chartered accountant for many years, operating in private and public companies including multinationals.

Board member
Steve is a professional director who represents the New Zealand Health Innovation Hub on the Streamliners board. A chartered accountant, he worked for Deloitte in the UK and the USA before returning to his hometown, Christchurch, where he led the local consulting practice as Managing Partner. In 2017, he took early retirement from Deloitte to focus on giving back to the community through directorship and governance roles. Since then, he has used his business expertise to help numerous other organisations in the health sector including the Canterbury District Health Board, Brackenridge Services, HealthOne, and Swallowing Technologies.
Board member
Charlotte Walshe is an experienced executive and company director with a distinguished career in the technology sector. Charlotte served as CEO of Jade Software Corporation from January 2018 until early 2023 and during her tenure established a strategic growth framework across Jade’s three core business lines. She also championed initiatives focused on company culture, gender pay equity, and B Corp certification.
Prior to joining Jade, Charlotte held global leadership roles in health technology and packaging and print, including serving as CEO of Dynamic Controls, a manufacturer of advanced electronic solutions for medical mobility equipment. She has extensive experience in strategic leadership, innovation, and building high-performing teams, with governance experience including board roles with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), the Dodd-Walls Centre for Quantum and Photonic Technologies, and several directorships in technology companies and charitable trusts.

Founder
Ian is a co-founder of Streamliners, SchoolDocs, and GPDocs. He has an extensive background in business planning and marketing roles in the manufacturing, banking, energy, housing, and health sectors. This included five years as the business planning and development manager for a group of tertiary and secondary care hospitals in Canterbury New Zealand. He then ran the New Zealand Crown Health Association as a cooperative and helped several of the health boards with their planning activities.
Ian stepped out of the Streamliners CEO role in 2024 to focus on governance activities and establish the charitable Joined Up Systems Trust with the purpose of encouraging and supporting the integration of health and social care services in New Zealand.

Founder
Emma is a co-founder of Streamliners, SchoolDocs, and GPDocs. Her professional background as a technical communicator has provided her with experience in enterprise systems and processes in the finance, manufacturing, and service industries. Over time she has focused on the need for the health and education sectors to have scalable solutions for disseminating current information to front-line staff.
Emma promotes the worth of high-quality content and takes a keen interest in preserving the Streamliners values-based culture.
Emma is a trustee of the Joined-Up Systems Trust, and former president of TechCommNZ (Technical Communicators Assocation of New Zealand). She and her husband Ian Anderson live in Christchurch, New Zealand and also spend considerable time on the South Island’s west coast at Lake Kaniere.
